The Community Care Ministry of FCCN exists to provide Pastoral care to families in need, whether they be in the hospital, rehab facility, nursing home or their own home. We provide a variety of opportunities for individuals and families in need. The CCM also works in other ares, including–but not limited to–

FUNBUNCH
The Senior Adults’ ministry; while primarily designed with people in the age group of 55 and older, we are not exclusive and welcome anyone looking for a good time with a good group of friends. Activities and events fill the calendar, and are planned with all various levels of physical participation in mind. Most information and sign-ups can be found at The Connection Center at the church building.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS MINISTRY
This is our greeter ministry, and you can always tell who is on this team by looking for the big yellow smiley face stickers. Team members serve for a month at a time, and only 4 times a year. There is always room for one more smiley face if you’d like to join one of these teams!

HOME COMMUNION
Home communion is taken out to those members who are home bound or in the hospital on the 3rd Sunday of each month. You can let us know right up to that week if you would like to be included in receiving the emblems for that month.

CCM is also responsible for providing a variety of service opportunities for those looking for a place to serve. Some are seasonal, other opportunities are annual–but there is ALWAYS a spot for anyone with a heart to serve and a desire to be the hands and feet of Jesus to someone in need!
